Bengkel Teater WS Rendra

Bengkel Teater WS Rendra (WS Rendra's Theater Workshop) is a place for artists from many levels gathered. Founded by WS Rendra as the location for the development of art in Indonesia, where all artists can use the facilities in this place for practice and to make the show.

Located on Jl. Raya Cipayung, Citayam, Depok, Indonesia, in this place also buried a eccentric musical artist named Mbah Surip who died when his song "Tak Gendong" was very popular across the country.

Also buried here the owner of the land WS Rendra who died not long after Mbah Surip died.

A big loss for the Indonesian art world, I hope their spirit is accepted by God.
